Our Commitment

At Nachit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Bathroom fixtures (baths, showers, toilets) - must be unused and in original packaging
  • Mirrors and accessories - must be undamaged and in original condition
  • Tiles - unopened boxes only, minimum 5 boxes
  • Hardware and fittings - unused with all components included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Opened tile boxes (less than 5 boxes)
  • Items showing signs of installation or use
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items without original packaging or documentation

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@fakeemail.com or call 1-800-ERYX-COM with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Label Your Package: Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt. We recommend insuring high-value items.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs and arrange pickup at no charge to you.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: We cover all return shipping costs and expedite the correct item to you.
  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

For large items (baths, showers, toilets), please contact us to arrange return shipping. Additional fees may apply depending on the item size and your location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund minus any applicable restocking fees (see below). Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply to certain returns:

  • Large bathroom fixtures (baths, showers): 15% restocking fee
  • Tile returns: 20% restocking fee
  • No restocking fee for defective or incorrect items
  • No restocking fee for small accessories under $100

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify that you'd like an exchange. We'll process your exchange as quickly as possible.

If the replacement item is of greater value, you'll be charged the difference. If it's of lesser value, we'll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@fakeemail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs. In most cases, we can expedite a replacement within 2-3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to process)
  3. Contact your bank (processing time varies)
