We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada. International shipping is available for select items - please contact us for international shipping quotes and availability.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $500)
- Delivery time: 5-7 business days
- Cost: $49.99 for orders under $500
- Available for: Mirrors, small accessories, hardware, and fixtures
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: $89.99
- Available for: Small to medium-sized items only
Freight Shipping (Large Items)
- Delivery time: 7-14 business days
- Cost: Varies by item weight, size, and destination
- Required for: Bathtubs, large showers, bulk tile orders
- White glove delivery available for additional fee
Local Pickup
- Available at select store locations
- Ready for pickup in 2-3 business days
- Free - no shipping charges
- Photo ID required at pickup
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Please note that during peak seasons (holidays, promotional periods), processing times may be extended by 1-3 additional business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your shipment

Freight Delivery Details
Large items requiring freight shipping include special delivery services:
- Curbside Delivery: Item delivered to the curb or driveway (included in freight cost)
- Threshold Delivery: Item delivered inside the first door of your home (add $50)
- Room of Choice: Item delivered to the room of your choice on the main floor (add $100)
- White Glove Service: Includes delivery, unpacking, placement, and debris removal (add $200)
Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery:
- Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery
- Provide a valid phone number for delivery coordination
- Ensure delivery address has adequate access for large items
- For freight deliveries, inspect items before signing (damage claims must be noted on delivery receipt)
- For apartment deliveries, confirm building access and freight elevator availability
Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following restrictions:
- We do not ship to PO boxes
- Some items cannot be shipped via expedited methods
- Certain products may have regional shipping restrictions
- APO/FPO addresses: contact us for special arrangements
- Hawaii and Alaska: additional shipping charges apply (quoted at checkout)
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:
- For damaged items: Note damage on delivery receipt and take photos
- Contact us within 48 hours at shipping@fakeemail.com with your order number and photos
- For lost packages: Wait until estimated delivery window has passed, then contact us
- We'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange for replacement or refund
International Shipping
International shipping is available to Canada and select countries. Please note:
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout
- Delivery time: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Some items cannot be shipped internationally
